Fitness and diet coaching

  • Would you like your body to look better?
  • Do you want to lose fat or gain muscle?
  • Have you tried dieting with little to no success?
  • Maybe you have trouble sticking to a diet?

You are not alone.

Many people struggle with dieting more than anything when it comes to improving their health.

The truth: the fundamentals are very simple.

Many people are ready and willing to work towards better health, but need a blueprint to apply that work ethic towards.

I have that blueprint.

Not only will you get the results you want, but you’ll learn how to keep them and be able to take that knowledge with you for the rest of your life.

I only take serious inquiries and there are a limited number of slots available. So, if you know that you’re ready to make a change, let’s make it happen.

I’m fully confident that together, we can get you looking the best you have ever looked in your life.

I can promise you that working towards better health will be one of the best decisions you’ve ever made.

  • A healthy body provides the environment for a healthy mind. Together, they can drastically improve your quality of life.

Drop me a message below to see if you qualify for my coaching program.

First step

Fill out the application below and I’ll send you an email with a simple questionnaire attached. Complete that questionnaire and send it back to me.

Second step

Depending on what your goals are, I’ll develop a plan and go over it with you so that you’ll have a complete understanding of what it’s going to take for you to be successful at reaching those goals.

Third step

We’ll get to work! You’ll check in with me each week, so I can monitor your progress, make any necessary adjustments, and ensure we’re on the right track.

Why it works

I use tried and true methods that have worked for thousands of people and has also worked for myself. I’ll never tell you to do anything I wouldn’t do myself.

I’ll cover everything on my end. So, as long as you put in the work, you’ll see and feel the progress that you’re making.

The health & fitness industry does a great job at making dieting and exercising look unattainable, complicated, and overwhelming. I’m here to show that’s not the case and that simplicity works best!

Before working with Matt, I felt like I was training hard, but I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. Matt tore down and rebuilt my diet from the ground up. Thanks to him, I’m in better shape than I’ve ever been. It’s like he had the secret code to the combination lock of my abs I could never figure out.

Frequently asked questions

How strict is the diet? Will I only be eating things like chicken, rice, and broccoli the whole time?

Unless you want me to prepare you for some type of athletic competition, then the diet isn’t strict at all! In fact, if you choose the flexible dieting option in the questionnaire, I’ll show you how you can lose weight while continuing to eat some of your favorite foods, including ice cream!

How quickly will I be able to lose weight?

This question is tough, because the answer could be different for everyone, depending on certain variables. For example, someone who has a high body fat percentage will be able to lose weight/fat much quicker than someone who is leaner. However, once you get fairly lean, a healthy amount we can expect you to lose would be around 1-1.5 lbs/week, given you’re doing everything correctly and sleeping enough!

Will I still be able to go out to eat at restaurants?

Absolutely. I believe your diet should complement your lifestyle, rather than limit your lifestyle. Now, if eating at restaurants becomes so frequent that it starts to become an unhealthy habit, then we may have to cut back some. But a meal every now and then to go out with your family, friends, co-workers, or dates is definitely allowed.

How many days per week will I need to work out?

That depends on your schedule! I highly recommend lifting at least 3 times per week, but if you are able to do more than that, it can only help you. I have work out plans developed for 3-, 4-, 5-, and 6-day splits. So, however many days you’d like to go, I have you covered.
