Privacy Policy & Terms

Affiliate disclaimer

I started this website because I wanted to share my story and help other men live better, healthier and happier lives.

Obviously, I need to keep the lights on somehow. Running a website costs money, and I try to monetize this blog in a couple of ways, for example by offering consulting and coaching services to clients. I also participate in different affiliate programs, however.

These programs allow retailers to track where click to their websites are coming from. The retailers can then pay their affiliates (in this case, a commission for any sales resulting from that referral traffic.

I make an effort to disclose the presence of affiliate links on relevant pages/posts, but it’s safe to assume all product links on this site are affiliate links.

I never promote anything that I haven’t used personally and/or researched extensively. My goal is to connect you with like-minded companies and high-quality products that you would be proud to own and that will improve your life.

If you have any questions regarding the above, please do not hesitate to contact me by using the contact page. It can be accessed in the site footer below.

/ Matt.
